Why do ladies do the big chop, waving “Team Natural”/”Short Hair Don’t Care” flags, then go put braids or weaves down to their calves in their hair?

So why put someone else down for embracing options before you had the courage to embrace them?
While it’s all good to work hard and see the results in a bikini, it feels just as great to eat three chili dogs (with fries and some spiked drink) with no regrets.

I’m overjoyed that your parents told you that you were the most beautiful being in the universe every second of every day of your life.
But the (multiple!) daily selfies on Instagram does not make me agree.
Girlfriend: I always get stressed out when I’m putting together an outfit on the day of a big thing. I can’t keep up with what girls are wearing these days.
me: You could keep up with them and actually pass them up because you have style. All they have are the Kardashians to follow.
